  • Hassle-free weekly meal deliveries, personalized to your needs and tastes.

    • Ideal for anyone who wants to eat well without the hassle of cooking.

    • Each week, choose from a variety of delicious, nutritious meals aligned with your goals — or let us surprise you with a curated menu based on a nutrition consultation.

    • You decide which meals you’d like for the week: breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner.

    • Meals are delivered daily, freshly prepared and packaged in eco-friendly, recyclable containers.

    • Our chefs use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, sourced from organic, non-GMO, regenerative farms.

    • Currently available in select areas, with plans to expand to other cities and countries soon — see if we’re near you!

    • If we’re not yet in your area, we can still create a personalized meal plan for you, complete with exclusive recipes designed for your needs and lifestyle.

    • If you’ve set a long-term goal (like a race or an important game), your meals and training support are tailored to help you reach it — with a focus on performance, rapid recovery, and optimal results.

  • An exclusive, in-home experience with a skilled chef dedicated to transforming your eating habits.

    • An exclusive experience for those who want to transform their eating habits with the guidance of a skilled, personal chef.

    • Our chefs come to your home for a period of 1 to 3 months, preparing meals that align with your health and wellness goals.

    • They won’t just cook what you like — they’ll craft meals that best serve your body and your aspirations.

    • From Monday to Saturday, the chef will prepare and serve breakfast and lunch at home, and leave dinner ready for you to enjoy later.

    • Before starting, we recommend our microbiome test and a consultation with our specialized nutritionists to ensure every detail is perfectly adapted to you.

     – In-person: Spend one week with us, cooking together in your home (at a schedule that works for you) as we create a full weekly menu. Ingredients are included in the course.

     – Online: Follow our structured 1-week course from the comfort of your home, with step-by-step guidance.
