Madrid, Spain – March 24, 2017 –HENKÔ Experience program, an established and solid program focus on the development of the Soft Skills making leaders, managers and executives better leaders, team members and people, announce the appointment of Sónia Martins Gregório to HENKÔ’s Mindfulness Team, effective immediately. Sónia will join a distinguished group of Mindfulness Experts.
Sónia is a clinical and health psychologist. She is a researcher at the Cognitive and Behavioural Center for Research and Intervention (CINEICC) from the University of Coimbra (Portugal), R&D Unit financed by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT). Sónia is also a mindfulness specialist, certificated by the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice of Bangor University (Wales), and has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology centered in the clinical implications of mindfulness. Currently she is a steering vowel of the Portuguese Association for Mindfulness (APM).
She will be in charge of a research about the “stress level” on entrepreneurs during accelerator programs, that is already in progress and she will also be in charge of the measurement of the impact of HENKÔ Experience program. We propose an experimental, fact-based, approach for a few selected accelerators based in the comparative analysis of performance of startups that participate or not participate in HENKÔ program. We consider that if our program is executed within an experimental framework is possible to get quantitative insights about the impact of soft-skills development in people, startup and accelerator performance in the short- and medium-term.
